Still playing with lasso tool.

It turns to be more powerful tool than i`ve thought before)

These are studies that i`ve done from Avatar stills.

The main purpose is to simplify everything and to speed up!
I will post the making of in next post,

Just to clarify that it is not simple overpaint procedure with no color picking,
otherwise it won`t teach me anything)

Was talking about the giant drill it wasn't seen much...but the plane...that was used quite a lot, there were two of them, they were the means of transport from the interstellar transport up in space and one was used as an impromptu bomber in the attempt to destroy the tree of spirits

Good on you! I'm all for getting away from the overpainting procedure that floods deviantart these days. Thank you so much for pointing me out to the much underrated lasso tool. I use GIMP but the function of the tool is the same.

Your work is fantastic as usual. Thanks for being so honest with all your painting insights.
